BT Conferencing has attracted an entrepreneurial executive team experienced in the telecommunications markets and widely respected within the industry. The team has extensive years of experience with the leading communications and computer equipment companies, as well as servicing the Global 2000.
Rich Lowe was appointed chief executive officer of BT Conferencing in November 2011. Prior, he served as chief executive officer of BT Expedite, BT's multichannel retail specialist division which also includes e-commerce service provider BT Fresca, from October 2008.
This specialist division of BT business provides consultancy, store, supply chain, CRM, e-commerce and learning solutions, and IT services to more than 60 of Europe’s leading retailers. They combine expertise, experience and industry-leading technologies to streamline processes, optimise information, and meet the evolving merchandise and service expectations of multichannel shoppers.
Since Rich's appointment as CEO, BT Expedite has expanded its IT services capability and achieved the number one position in the UK market for multichannel retail applications suites, winning four Retail Systems Awards in 2010.
Rich joined BT in 2003 after seven years with international chartered accountants, KPMG, working in both Australia and the US.
He then spent two years as BT Expedite's finance director before moving to take on the same role at BT Vision, the next-generation television service BT offers to consumers in the UK.
On his return to BT Expedite as CEO, he became responsible for the delivery of its services to high-profile retailers including Aurora Fashions, Austin Reed Group, Burberry, Co-operative Food Group, Halfords, JJB Sports, Matalan, Mothercare, New Look, Pets at Home, Primark, Sports Direct , Thomas Pink and WH Smith.
An Australian national, Richard graduated from the University of Melbourne. He is a qualified chartered accountant (ICAA).

Tim Passingham is the Vice President for the EMEA region of BT Conferencing. Prior to this appointment, Tim was the Director for Global Partners within BT Global Services – the BT operating unit that provides consulting, information technology and communications solutions to global multinationals.
After being sponsored by BT whilst at Manchester University, Tim graduated with a first class honours and masters in electrical and electronic engineering. After projects working with IBM, BT Japan and BT Syntegra Trading Systems, Tim joined BT in 1997 as a Systems Engineer working in BT's Global Finance organisation. In 1999 Tim joined Concert, BT's joint venture with AT&T. Following roles in IP and eBusiness consulting and specialist sales working across pharmaceutical, automotive and industrial manufacturing industries, Tim moved back to BT to join BT's new global oil and gas practice as an Account Manager for BP and later the Global Account Director for BP.
In 2005 Tim was appointed to lead BT's Oil and Gas Line of Business and after two years of exceptional growth of the Business became General Manager for the Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical and Technology Sector. After the merger of BT's Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical and Technology Sector with the Construction, Utilities and Professional Services Sector, Tim was appointed as the Director to lead the new Energy and Industry Sector. In September 2009 Tim was asked to lead the newly structured Global Partners organisation - BT Global Services' most important and strategic channel to enterprise and public sector clients.
Tim also sits on the non-executive advisory board of Aberdeen-based Oil Services start-up SaberOFS and is a non-executive director of the desktop-as-a-service company Molten Technologies Ltd.

Chris Donohue is General Manager of BT Conferencing's Americas region. He leads a team of over 700 people dedicated to selling, designing and delivering audio, video, web conferencing and streaming solutions. Chris has over 20 years of sales, marketing, finance and service delivery management experience in the ICT industry.
Prior to joining BT, Chris spent three years at TechTeam Global where he held the position of Corporate Vice President of Strategy and Marketing. In that role, he revamped the company's strategy, built and led the global marketing organization, and was instrumental in the successful sale of the company.
Prior to that, Chris spent six years at Dell where he was part of an executive leadership team that grew a nascent managed services practice into a thriving $1 billion global business. During that time, Chris led various functions including service delivery, business operations and product management.
He began his career at NCR where he worked for 13 years, holding leadership positions in sales, marketing and finance, in both U.S. and global roles. Chris has both a BSBA and an MBA from The Ohio State University, Fisher College of Business. He is also a six sigma black belt.
Chris currently lives in Austin, Texas with his wife and two children, and away from work enjoys swimming, trail running and mountain biking.

Alan Tosh began his career with BT in 1974, holding a number of engineering positions in the early part of his BT career, before joining Sales in 1983, becoming Head of Small Business Sales UK, a position he held until 1996.
Following that, Alan spent two years as Head of Business Development in the UK, and a further two years as Head of Business Development resident in Belgium where he conceived, built and launched BT's joint venture ISP business with BBL and BT. The venture broke the model in Belgium by offering free access to the internet for customers for the first time. In eight weeks from launch, the new ISP's market share was second only to the incumbent. It was also the first ISP to be launched with a Banking Shell and a secure on line shopping mall.
In October 2001 Alan joined BT Conferencing where he has held a number of positions including as Head of Sales for EMEA, General Manager Business Operations and Head of Technical Planning where he led the team responsible for the development of the BT Conferencing next generation conferencing platform.
Alan was appointed to the BT Conferencing Global Leadership Team on 1 January 2010 as Head of Access Management.
Alan lives with his partner in Shrewsbury, Shropshire. He has two daughters and two grandchildren.

Rachel joined BT Conferencing as the Finance Director in August 2008. Previous to joining BT, Rachel was the Finance Director of EMEA for Lucent Technologies, supporting a business of $1.2B. Prior to that, Rachel held a number of financial, business, and product roles within Lucent and AT&T.
