If your company is registered, then your key contact (the account holder) in your company should be able to provide you your Customer Refererence Number (="EB-Number"). If your organisation is not yet registered please contact the Asia Pacific Conferencing Centre (APCC) (see below).

Microsoft LiveMeeting and WebEx are services to allow WebConferences (f.ex. Applicationsharing, Whiteboard, Chat). These can be used together with your BT MeetMe phoneconference or even as standalone.
