There are four different options available for you to select how to schedule, start and join your Cisco WebEx™ Solutions web conference.

Option 1. Using the WebEx Meeting Manager Console

Schedule a WebEx session directly through the WebEx Meeting Manager. This easy-to-use application will allow you to schedule and run all of your WebEx meetings. You can either schedule in advance or host instant meeting using meeting manager.

Option 2. Using the Outlook Plug-in

Schedule a WebEx session in the same way that you schedule and invite attendees to other meetings and define participants as attendees or presenters. Set meeting options. Schedule a conference call.

Option 3. Using the Lotus Notes Plug-in

Schedule and enter meetings directly from Lotus Notes and the WebEx service. Specify all meeting options and set up default preferences from Lotus Notes.

Option 4. Using One Click

Start instant ad hoc meetings at any time without having to schedule them in advance.
