BT Self-serve Video Conferencing can be used for both point-to-point conferences, linking two sites, and multi-point conferences, linking several sites or locations together. We offer a range of desktop and set-top systems to enable you to use BT Self-serve Video Conferencing. It's also ideal for businesses that already own video equipment.

How Does it Work

All you need to do is register your video conferencing equipment with BT Conferencing so we know exactly what you have and the type of connection - Public ISDN or IP - that you'll use. Once registered, you can set up video conferences instantly, whenever you want to, using the web-based application.

• Launch and run video conferences without making reservations
• Include up to six video and six audio participants
• Choose initial screen display and change mode at any point during the conference
• Connect or disconnect individual participants without disrupting the conference

Additional features

• Create shared booking directories allowing authorized users from other organizations to view video conferencing room schedules
• Use different transmission rates for different sites, not all sites have to have the same network connection speed
• Accept calls over ISDN and IP simultaneously (H.320. and H.323)
