You can call the help desk or send us an email to get your company set up. If your company already has an account with us, you will need approval from your company's billing administrator to get access.
After signing up for an account, you will be emailed a password. You can log in to check the status of your accounts 24x7x365. If you're logging in for the first time, you will be prompted to change your password.
From the main page of the VMBOL (on the right hand side of the screen), select ‘Resend My Password’, enter your email address, and click ‘Submit’ button. You will receive an email with your password shortly after.
After accessing VMBOL, click on 'Change My Password', which is located on the login or home page. You will then be prompted to enter your old password, your new password, and retype your new password to confirm it. Then click the 'Submit' button.

You can do this using the on-line Billing system (VMBOL). Simply login and click on the Download My Most Recent Invoice link under Your Quick Links.
If you manage multiple accounts, you click Invoices, then View All Invoices in My Corporate Hierarchy, then the folder icon of the Account Number, then the Invoice Number you wish to view.

You can do this by accessing the on-line Billing system (VMBOL) and from the horizontal navigation bar along the top, click on Invoices, select the Billing Period you need to view. You will see an Invoice Summary for that billing period. If you need to view that invoice, click on the PDF icon next to the Invoice Number. You may look at historical billing data, 6 months before to the current month. For any invoices prior to 6 months, please call or email the help desk.
Access the on-line Billing system, VMBOL and then click on Recent Usage. You will see charges since your last billing period ended.
If you manage multiple accounts, click on Recent Usage, then View All Invoices in My Corporate Hierarchy. Then select your EB Account Number.

Log in to VMBOL, then click on Recent Usage. This page will show you the charges to your account by category, such as Audio Conferencing and Web Conferencing. To get more information, click on the category in blue text.
After you've reviewed your Invoice or Recent Usage Summary, click on the product category: Audio, Web, Video Conferencing, Replay or Other Charges and Credits. Then simply click on the blue Conference ID number for the conference you need to view. Next you will see the charge detail which lists all the costs of that particular conference, including chairperson and participant connections, and features. You can export this information to a spreadsheet program, such as Excel®, by clicking on the Export to Excel icon.
While on the Invoice or Recent Usage Summary page, click View All Invoices in My Corporate Hierarchy, then the folder icon of the Account Number, then the Invoice Number you wish to view.
Simply access the online Billing system and click on 'Reports'. Then follow these 5 steps:
Your report will then launch your spreadsheet program, such as Excel.

If you need to get a list of participants in a billing period or under a certain account number, it is best to generate a Conference Analysis and Connections Report. This report exports a spreadsheet (in CSV format) that lists who joined a conference, the date and time he/she connected, how long he/she stayed, and how much each individual connection or feature cost.
