Paying a bill

For Audio and Web Conferencing services

There are three ways to pay your invoice:

  1. By credit card
    1. Log in to View My Bill Online
    2. Click on the credit card link and add your details. You can choose to pay all your bills using a credit card or select a one off payment.

    By adding your credit card information, you are authorising BT Conferencing to automatically charge future invoice amounts to your credit card. If your credit card will expire soon or if you need to change credit card accounts, click on the credit card link and update your account details.

  2. By electronic transfer

    Customers who are paying via EFT please use the information below:

  3. By check

    Important: Please ensure customer name, customer number and invoice number on identified on all remittances.
