Paying a bill

For Audio and Web Conferencing services

There are five ways to pay your invoice:

  1. By direct debit
    Contact our Credit Management team on 0800 77 88 77 and select the appropriate billing option.
  2. By credit card
    • Log in to View My Bill Online, click on the credit card link and add your details. You can choose to pay all your bills using a credit card or select a one off payment.
    • By adding your credit card information, you are authorising BT Conferencing to automatically charge future invoice amounts to your credit card.
    • If your credit card will expire soon or if you need to change credit card accounts, click on the credit card link and update your account details.
  3. By BACS

    Customers who are paying in sterling can pay via BACS (Pounds Sterling) using the information below:

    Customers who are paying in Euro can pay via BACS (Euro) using the information below

  4. By cheque.
    • Customers using the on-line Billing system (VMBOL) must download the recent invoice and print the cover page.
    • Cut off the remittance slip & mail the slip with your cheque to:

  5. International Transfers

    Customers are able to use the international credit transfer method called SWIFT.
