Customer IT Managers who experience difficulty in establishing a secure tunnel with the BT Network when using the above settings must contact their BT Sales Engineer. Your BT Sales Engineer will assess the problem and may advise you to implement the following additional settings:
The table below outlines some additional requirements that may be required to establish a secure tunnel between a Customer and the BT Network for the following clients: Dolby Web Client, Dolby Conference Phone, Dolby Mobile App and BT VOIP.

NOTES: Optional - Connectivity in failover conditions may be possible using TLS over TCP port 443. This will only be done through mutual agreement after consultation with the BT Sales Engineer as TLS over TCP is expected to deliver a degraded service and is not recommended for media.
