If you get an error message that says you are not allowed to download or install the Outlook or Lotus Notes add-in, contact your desktop support team to perform the installation.
Once installed, you can learn how to use the Outlook add-in by taking the self-paced training, available at: www.btconferencing.com/training/?cn=livemeeting
NOTE: You can still schedule meetings directly in Live Meeting without the Outlook or Lotus Notes add-in.
- Go to the Live Meeting URL in your email
- Enter your user login and password
- In the left hand column, click Schedule Meeting and fill in the necessary information.
Leave the field “Sign-in Name” blank. This information is only needed if your company uses the Instant Messaging tools of Office Communication Server. You would only need to fill it in if you want to integrate Live Meeting and Office Communicator Server. It will not work if your Live Meeting server is hosted outside your company.
You only need to enter information in the Live Meeting Service section, including your Live Meeting URL, user name and password.![[Image of Live Meeting 2007]](http://www.btconferencing.com/brand/livemeeting/2007/en/img/test-connection.gif)
