There are four different options available for you to select how to schedule, start and join your WebEx conference.

• Option 1: Using the WebEx Meeting Manager Console
  Schedule a WebEx session directly through the WebEx Meeting Manager. This easy-to-use application will allow you to schedule and run all of your WebEx meetings. You can either schedule in advance or host instant meeting using meeting manager.
  
  
• Option 2: Using the Outlook Plug-in
  Schedule a WebEx session in the same way that you schedule and invite attendees to other meetings and define participants as attendees or presenters. Set meeting options. Schedule a conference call.
  
  
• Option 3: Using the Lotus Notes Plug-in
  Schedule and enter meetings directly from Lotus Notes and the WebEx service. Specify all meeting options and set up default preferences from Lotus Notes.
  
  
• Option 4: Using One Click
  Start instant ad hoc meetings at any time without having to schedule them in advance.
