Using Integrated Video
There are two options for displaying video in your meeting:
- Multipoint video (the default option) allows all attendees to send and display a webcam connected to their computer.
- Single point video will display only the Presenter’s webcam.
Viewing Integrated Video
- Select the Video icon from the Control Panel.

- The Video Panel docks like other panels.
- Use the drop down lists to select video streams from different participants.
- Select the number of video displays to see (one, two, four, or six).
- The Presenter’s Video is always displayed in the top left window.
- The Presenter can click on the padlock to synchronize video images for all participants.
- This will lock the panel layout and the video being displayed in each panel.
Configuring Your Video Options
- Tip: ensure your webcam is installed and configured before joining the meeting.
- After you start or join a meeting, the Meeting Manager automatically detects your video camera.
- Click on the wrench to set Video Options.
- The Meeting Host can set a bandwidth limit for all attendees.
- Attendees can adjust video resolution and frames-per-second (within the bandwidth limit) to control bandwidth for their Internet connection.
- If more than one video camera is attached to your computer, select which camera you want to use from a drop-down list.
Controlling Your Video Display
- Meeting Manager automatically detects your video camera and displays the image in the Video Panel.
- Click "Send Video" to display your camera to all attendees.
- After you start sharing video, the icon in the Video Panel changes and is displayed in orange.
- Stop or pause video streaming at any time.
- When you pause sharing video, the pause button flashes orange and a message is shown on your screen. The image displayed to other attendees is frozen (but without the indicating text).
