Please complete the form below to register for an audio (Logica MeetMe Global Access), web (Microsoft Live Meeting) or a video managed calls conference account.
Once you have completed this form, you will automatically be registered for a Logica MeetMe Global Access and Live Meeting account. If you have an existing MeetMe Global Access account, and wish to sign up for a Live Meeting account, please select 'Live Meeting' from the dropdown list. This will then be linked with your MeetMe Global Access account automatically.
Note: Video conference calls between two Logica video conference units incur no cost to your project code and can be used without registration. Registration is only required if users wish to take advantage of the managed call service or place multipoint calls. See video managed calls vs Point to Point video conference calls for further information.
The Operation and Project code entered into your registration will be used for audio conferencing and/or video managed calls billing purposes (please see 'what do services cost?' for further information). Please ensure you have authorisation to charge to this project code (all audio conferencing and video managed call charges will be annotated with your staff number!). Future changes to this project code should be made via the Logica Conferencing Helpdesk.
