12 January 2010 - New online experience offers full range of account management features
BT Conferencing today announced the launch of a revised website, www.btconferencing.com, which offers customers an engaging online experience with new functionality and ways of managing their accounts.
The newly revamped site is a single global portal which provides BT Conferencing customers with the ability to schedule, change or cancel all conference types – audio, web and video - and to facilitate their use of all call and account management features online.
Aaron McCormack, CEO of BT Conferencing, said: “We listened to our customers in designing this new, intuitive interface for them. Ease of use, greater functionality, and the ability for customers to quickly and easily set up new accounts are all benefits we factored into the design. This new customer portal is part of our drive to help customers get the most from their conferencing services while making the services easy to use, reliable and cost-effective.”
