Getting Started
How to start your Health Sector MeetMe conference as chairperson
There's no need for special equipment or advance booking. Simply follow the instructions below to start using your Health Sector MeetMe conferencing account today.
Step 1
Invite the people you wish to meet with and provide the following information:
- Date, time, and time zone of the meeting
- Participant passcode (followed by the # sign)
- Link to Global Access numbers for your call:

Global Access Numbers allow international participants to dial in to your conference using toll free or local numbers. Give these to participants who are outside your country, or use them yourself when travelling.*
Step 2
At the start of your meeting, dial into the Conference, and follow the voice prompts.*
- Enter your chairperson passcode, followed by #.
(Note: For security reasons, please do not share your chairperson passcode.) - Participants dial into the Conference, follow the voice prompts, and enter their participant passcode, followed by #.
That's it! You and your participants will be joined and your meeting can begin.
Handy hint
Please advise your participants if they enter the meeting before you arrive, they will be placed on hold in the conference listening to music until you join. If you or your participants are travelling, remind them to print out the dial-in details to take with them.
* If you or your participants have difficulties connecting to an in-country dial-in number, please try an alternative access number. These rare difficulties can be due to telephone network issues which are outside of our control.
