Configure My Cisco WebEx™ Account Settings
To properly set up your new Cisco WebEx account, you will need to configure your account settings and save as a template. This template will automatically be used any time you schedule a meeting and will contain your time zone and your audio conference dial-in details, allowing you to schedule meetings quickly and accurately.*
Configure your time zone
- Log into Cisco WebEx as previously noted
- Click Meeting Center in the top navigation bar.

- Select Host a Meeting from the left navigation menu and then Schedule a Meeting

- Click the time zone link.

- Select your Time Zone. Click OK
Configure your audio conference dial-in details
- Select Host a Meeting from the left navigation menu and then Schedule a Meeting

- Click Change audio option option

- Select Other Teleconference Service
- Enter your MeetMe dial-in numbers and passcode
- Click OK
Save a Meeting Template
- Select Host a Meeting from the left navigation menu and then Schedule a Meeting

- Type in a meeting topic. This will become the default topic name for meetings you launch without scheduling.
- Click

- Either: highlight an existing template to save your settings to; or enter a name for a new template.
- Click Save.
