Start a call as the chairperson

1. Tell your participants about your BT MeetMe Global Access conference in advance. See your welcome email or wallet card for the dial-in number, passcodes, and URL.

   Include the following in your message:

   • Date, time, and time zone of the meeting
   • BT MeetMe Global Access dial-in numbers
   • Participant passcode followed by #
   • For participants joining from other countries, include their BT MeetMe Global Access Numbers

2. At the time of your conference:

   1. Dial your BT MeetMe Global Access dial-in number
   2. Enter your chairperson passcode, then press #
   3. Record your name at the voice prompt
   4. Wait for your participants to join

Join a call as a participant

At the time of the conference:

1. Dial the phone number provided to you by the chairperson
2. Enter the participant passcode provided by the chairperson, then press #
3. Record your name at the voice prompt
4. Wait for your participants to join
