Access your recording
Sign in
1. When your recording is ready, you will receive an email with the subject "Your meeting recording is now available".
Click on the link,
www.btconferencing.com/meetings/recordings/, so you can sign into the recording portal.
2. On the sign in page, enter your user name and password.
This is the same user name and password that you use for My Meeting Manager or View My Bill Online.
3. If you don't have sign-in credentials, the email will have a red box informing you that you need to set up a username. Click that link.

Register for new login
1. You only need to do this step if the recording email has a red box with "click here to register for a new login". If you don't remember your login, on the sign in page, click on Forgot username or Forgot password
Click on the link "click here to register for a new login".
2. On this page, enter:
- the user name you want to use. We recommend using your email address.
- your email address where you received the recording email
- your MeetMe chairperson passcode. If you have several MeetMe accounts, you should use the same passcode for the account where you just created a recording.
Check "I'm not a robot" and follow the reCATPCHA directions.
3. When the information is complete, click the purple button Send me email with temporary password.
4. Next, you will receive an email with the subject "Your new login details".
In that email, click the site link,
www.btconferencing.com/meetings/recordings/, to go to the next step.
TIP: Be sure to check your spam/junk folder.
5. On the sign in page, click Change my password.
6. On the Change Password page, enter:
- the user name you entered in Step 2
- in the Current Password field, enter the temporary pasword from "Your new login details" email
- then enter your new password in New password and Reenter new password fields
Your new password must:
- be at least 8 characters long
- have UPPERCASE and lowercase
- contain a number or special character, such as !"#$%&\()*+-./:;<>?@,[]^_`|~{}
- not repeat the same character more than 3 times
- not contain your username or the word "password"
Check "I'm not a robot" and follow the reCATPCHA directions.
7. When the information is complete, click the purple button Change password.
8. The system will confirm when it's successful.
Then click or tap the Sign in button.
9. Enter your new user name and password, then click or tap the Sign in button.

Forgot user name
1. On the sign in page, click or tap Forgot user name.
2. Enter your email address and MeetMe chairperson passcode.
Check "I'm not a robot" and follow the reCATPCHA directions.
3. Once all the information is complete, click or tap the purple Send email button.
4. You will receive an email with just your user name. Click or tap the Sign in button.
Forgot password
1. On the sign in page, click or tap Forgot password.
2. Enter your email address and MeetMe chairperson passcode.
Check "I'm not a robot" and follow the reCATPCHA directions.
3. Once all the information is complete, click or tap the purple Send email button.
4. You will receive an email with your temporary password. Click or tap the Change my password button.
5. On the Change Password page, enter:
- the user name you entered in Step 2
- in the Current Password field, enter the temporary pasword from "Your new login details" email
- then enter your new password in New password and Reenter new password fields
Your new password must:
- be at least 8 characters long
